The CWS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Cultural Immersion Program provides participants with a learning experience that immerses them in the culture of Australia’s First Peoples and has been designed to encourage a journey of self discovery, enabling participants to question what they know and discover what they don’t.

The Program is for organisations that want to better equip their leadership and employees to understand, acknowledge and accept persons from diverse cultures—particularly those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island cultures.

The Program includes:

• Induction session
• Cultural Maturity Questionnaires and Reports
• One day Cultural Appreciation Learning experience
• One day Cultural Immersion experience
